Cozy Cranberry Turkey Sliders

These sliders are a delicious blend of turkey, melted cheese, and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings or cozy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound thick-cut deli turkey or ham Can use turkey or ham based on preference.
  • 6 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese Choose your favorite cheese.
  • 1 1/4 cups cranberry sauce Preferably homemade or high-quality store-bought.
  • 1 pack Hawaiian Dinner Rolls (12-pack) These will serve as the slider buns.

Butter Mixture

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted) For brushing over the rolls.
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 2–3 cloves garlic (minced) Fresh garlic for added flavor.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and lay down the turkey in an even layer on the bottom half.
  • Generously spread the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
  • Top with Swiss or Provolone cheese slices.
  • Replace the top layer of bread over the cheese.

Cooking

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and poppy seeds. Brush this butter mixture over the top of the bread rolls.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy the smiles around you!

Notes

Feel free to customize sliders with different meats or cheeses. They can be assembled a day in advance and baked just before serving. Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
