Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and dark chocolate chunks, ensuring even distribution.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the edges are set but the centers remain soft and gooey.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

You can prepare the cookie dough a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. For variations, consider adding chopped nuts, spices, or other flavored chocolate chips.
