Ingredients
  

Slider Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Slider buns
  • 1 lb Sliced turkey breast
  • 6 slices Turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 slices Tomato slices

Sauce and Toppings

  • 1 cup Mornay sauce (cheese sauce)
  • 4 slices Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the sliced turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, and tomato slices.

Assembly

  • Assemble the sliders by placing the turkey mixture on the bottom half of each slider bun.
  • Spoon the Mornay sauce over each slider and top with a slice of mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper on top.
  • Place the top half of the slider bun on each one and gently press down.

Baking

  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Serving

  • Serve hot and enjoy on Gameday!

Notes

You can prepare the turkey and bacon mixture a day in advance. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Use a serrated knife to slice through the slider buns without squishing them.
