Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
  • 8 to 12 oz warm filtered water
  • Optional 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • Optional Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Optional 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Warm the filtered water to a comfortable sipping temperature.
  • Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
  • (Optional) Add lemon juice, raw honey, or apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning, preferably 15–20 minutes before eating.
  • Do not exceed 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt per day to avoid side effects.

Notes

Start with a small amount and adjust based on how your body responds. Not suitable for individuals with high blood pressure, kidney conditions, or during pregnancy without medical advice.
