Ingredients
  

  • 8 –12 oz warm filtered water
  • 1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice optional
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional

Instructions
 

  • Warm 8–12 oz of filtered water (not boiling—tea temperature).
  • Stir in 1/4 tsp of finely ground Himalayan pink salt until dissolved.
  • Add 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon).
  • Mix in 1 tsp of raw honey (optional).
  • Sip slowly on an empty stomach within 30 minutes of waking.

Notes

Use food-grade, finely ground pink salt. Avoid overuse—stick to 1/4 tsp per serving. Those with high blood pressure or kidney issues should consult a doctor first.
